Katrina Survivor Benefit Concert: 09.11.05

Dave & Sharon Prudhomme, owners of Prudhomme's Lost Cajun Kitchen in Columbia, organized a relief benefit concert for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The benefit concert featured great food donated by the Prudhommes, entertainment by more than a dozen live bands from all over the region, as well as the singing and Emcee talents of Charles E. Snyder III, owner of River Valley Weddings.

This event helped to raise several thousand dollars which were donated to the American Red Cross to help feed victims and fund relief operations along the battered Gulf Coast Region.
