The River Valley Weddings - Money Back Guarantee reinforces all of the contractual details of your service agreement, as specified. Crucial details such as the date of your wedding, beginning time of services and duration are all covered and backed by this guarantee. It's not a gimmick, just the best customer service for our clients.
Also, your guarantee includes your wedding song selections for your Grand Entrance, Cake Cutting, First Dances, Bouquet Toss and so forth. Additionally any special wedding music requests, as long as all of the required information is received thirty or more days in advance, are covered under this guarantee as well.

Money Back Guarantee Details:
1. Your entertainment will be present and ready to perform by the date and times specified within your service agreement. Access to facilities a minimum of at least one (1) hour prior to your wedding must be granted to allow time for proper setup and sound checks. An additional minimum of one (1) hour is required after the wedding has ended for breakdown and removal of equipment.
2. Your entertainment will be appropriately attired and well groomed. At the minimum, unless specified otherwise within the service agreement, the attire will be business dress casual (Dockers, dress shoes and buttoned shirt). During the contracted times, River Valley Weddings staff will not be wearing jeans, sneakers or t-shirts unless otherwise specified within the service agreement.
3. You will have wedding planning assistance available to you via secure online planning tools, the Wedding Chat, by e-mail, by phone or in-person with a Bridal Consultant or Wedding Entertainment Coordinator.
4. Your entertainment will have all special songs selections as long as they are submitted thirty (30) or more days in advance and will only play radio edited versions of songs.
